White Lightning Posted April 20, 2005 Report Share Posted April 20, 2005 (edited) The days before Pesach in Jerusalem are special: Shopping frenzy: food, fresh produce for Pesach dinner and presents for everyone; House cleaning; Hag'alat Kelim: The ritual rinsing in scalding water, to make the utensils Kosher for Pesach.
