Please. Need help from someone who lives in Rio

I've lost contact with a close friend who lives in Rio. His name is Roberto de Oliveira. His last known address is Rua Anita Garibaldi, 2201 cob 01, Copacabana. The last phone number I have for him is 0115521548-7706 and 0115541223-7320. (Includes international calling digits).

Roberto may be involved with a National classical (ballet) dance company of Rio. He may or may not be living with Richard Cragan a world renowned ballet dancer. I've treid calling both numbers but my lack of speaking Portuguese has hampered any efforts.

I would be most grateful if someone from Rio could make some preliminary inquiries as to Roberto's whereabouts and how to contact him. A picture of Roberto is attached.
