dave9199 Posted November 23, 2005 Report Posted November 23, 2005 I just heard about this yesterday & I received both emails today. It's a virus, but while I'm at work, I can't seem to find the address to report these to. Here's what it says: MailBox: Read Mail Misc Trash Printable Version Flag this message. Claude Posted November 23, 2005 Report Posted November 23, 2005 These fake emails with virus attachments have also been around in Germany this week (in localized versions). The state attorney offices have been overwhelmed by phone calls of people thinking the mails were real. They recommended not to phone and simply delete the emails. If it's the same in the US, there is no need to report the emails, as thousands have been sent and the authorities are certainly aware of them. Quote
dave9199 Posted November 23, 2005 Author Report Posted November 23, 2005 I saw a news report on them and they mentioned a site or address to send the email header to. I can't remember it and every website I try to get to here at work which could have it, I can't get to. Quote
