Fred Anderson @ the Jazz Showcase

Fred Anderson will be appearing at the Jazz Showcase in Chicago each Monday in January in order to raise $ for the new Velvet Lounge. A welcome gesture by Joe Segal, which will hopefully bring together different crowds of music lovers as well as support a good cause.

...just a reminder about Fred's show tonight. This is the first of four Monday night benefit shows to be held at the Jazz Showcase. I'll be there as will Sal and Blake....possible Jim Neumann. How about JazzyPaul and LarryKart??? Any others???
