It is owned and operated by West Michigan University and was created as a venue for students in restaurant cuisine, food & beverage management, and entertainment. We played there in October, 2004 and had a ball! It is a great venue for Organissimo. If any of you live within 5 hours of Kalamazoo it is worth the drive! Dig it, there's a motel 6 nearby that only charges $36. a night for a room!
