Why does '@ Shelly's Manne-Hole' sometimes make the 'cut' in a re-issue program.......other times not? 1999 -- 20-bit K2 paper sleeve run: YES. 2005 -- 24-bit K2/HD paper sleeve run: NO. 2005 -- 20-bit K2 jewel box run: YES. 2006 -- 20-bit K2 paper sleeves: NO.
