alocispepraluger102 Posted September 10, 2006 Report Posted September 10, 2006 WNYC RADIO TO BROADCAST 9/11 CONCERT WNYC radio (93.9 FM), America's most listened-to public radio station, has just announced that it will broadcast Musicians For Harmony's Fifth Anniversary 'Concert for Peace' on Monday, September 11, 2006, at 7:30 pm, live from Merkin Concert Hall in New York City. The broadcast will include the world première of Mark O'Connor's new work entitled "Harmony" for Violin and String Orchestra with The Knights. Also on the program Leon Fleisher, the Orion Quartet, and Arnold Steinhardt, Michael Tree, and Peter Wiley of the Guarneri Quartet. Quote
