I have created a website dedicated to modal jazz - www.modaljazz.com. It's goal is to turn young people onto jazz. After all, Kind of Blue is often peoples entry point these days.

Any feedback or suggestions greatly appreciated. Hope you enjoy it!

I took a quick look at the site. Looks interesting. I'll look again when I have more time. Maybe it's just my computer, but there were some lines printed over others, making some of the text impossible to read.

I also suggest getting some McCoy Tyner up under his own name (apart from the Coltrane things). Tyner strikes me as perhaps the prime ongoing practitioner of modal jazz.
