So I was reading the thread as I do every 6 months or so, and saw GA Russell talking about a number to contact them thru. Then Ron S. mentioned this site....it has the phone numbers to just about every site so you can...get a human!!!! :tup Also stuff like Press 1; press 0 at each prompt thereafter, ignoring messages. is mentioned as well! Perhaps it has been mentioned before, but if not...it needs to be seen by more folks than on one thread....
