Opening for Maynard Ferguson in Kansas City

Kansas City USA - Saxophonist Chris Burnett and his group, the Chris Burnett

Quartet, will be opening for legendary jazz trumpet player and band leader,

Maynard Ferguson. The gala concert is scheduled for Sunday, October 19th at

the Adam's Mark Hotel in Kansas City, Missouri.

Performing with Burnett on saxophones, are his regular band mates: Roger

Wilder, on piano and bassist, Ed Goeke; along with recent addition, Donivan

Bailey on drums, who is also the newest member of the quartet.
