Point me to a tread if this has already been mentioned. I like these pape thin plastic cases because I am starting to run out of room for all the Discs I have now, and the trim hard plastic cases still take up room after awhile. The paper ones are ok, but they block just enough of a disc that if I write near the edge of the disc, the words drop off. Plus I can put in a sheet of paper with titles on it and read all the titles through the plastic....Anyway, I was getting them cheap at Big lots, then after they didn't have them any more, I grabbed at Target. Now they were no longer carrying them so I checked online, Check out the comments on amazon as to disc damage!!!

wow! you're not kidding about those negative amazon opinions. i don't think i'd trust my cds in that product. that being said, it's fair to say that most of our collections are steadily expanding, and the need for maximizing space is increasingly important. currently, all of my burned cds are in maxi-slims, and all of the non-jazz discs are in polyethylene sleeves that hold the booklet and backer as well.

whatever size or type of sleeve you choose (flap, resealable flap, no flap), i think you can be confident that a product purchased from bags unlimited will be of high quality, safe for your cds, and a good buy. remember, their prices include shipping, which always adds a lot to the total purchase price.

here's a link to the page describing their cd sleeves: bags

here's a link to request a catalog where you can receive free samples of any two kinds of their sleeves: catalog/samples

and finally, yes it's really me. i'm sorry for the way in which i expressed my opinions to you elsewhere. although i can't really sympathize with that other situation, i've got to learn better ways of telling someone they're full of shit if i want to be taken seriously. ;)
