papsrus Posted January 11, 2009 Report Posted January 11, 2009 "Good Lovin'" yes of course this is a cure for everything! Yes, it helps healing. The only time I lost my voice. . .I had a bad throat infection and it took a few weeks of antibiotics to get past! And of course I waited far too long to go in for care. If your throat isn't CONSIDERABLY better early next week, call the doctor. This is good advice. Whatever your malady, if you're not getting better on your own within 3 or 4 days or so, see a doctor. ... or at least go talk to a pharmacist about an over-the-counter remedy. Quote

jostber Posted January 11, 2009 Report Posted January 11, 2009 You can buy some pure peppermint oil and eucalyptus oil from a health food store or the pharmacy. Put some drops of each oil in a cup, and dip a sugarcube in that. Should do the trick. If there is infection that causes it, turmeric is a powerful natural remedy. Some capsules per day, or some spice powder in water, will better the condition. More tips here: http://www.alive.com/2835a9a2.php?subject_bread_cramb=117 Quote
