I realize that most of you are PC (as opposed to Mac) users and I have recently had to install Windows on my iMac in order to work with MS Work's database (my St.Croix slave project made the call). Anyway, so I bought MS Works but it came sans manual and its "help" option is almost a joke. In fact, so—compared to Filemaker Pro, which I was using—is the Works database program.

My questions:

How do I make a blank copy of the form I created (i.e. without duplicating the entered data)?

How do I import data from one record or database to another?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I used to use Works all the time but I haven't had a copy for years.

The first question: There should be an option to save the form as a template. (probably in the file menu)

I can't remember the steps for the second question, but try a google search on "MS works instructions".
