jazzkrow Posted October 28, 2009 Report Posted October 28, 2009 Don't know if One for All has been covered much here before-but I sure feel that they come closest to Blakey's classic Jazz Messenger's line-ups as being the closest (and maybe only) band of the new millenium to consistently put out great hard bop over an extended period of time. And what a line-up-Rotondi, Alexander, Steve Davis, Hazeltine, Farnsworth, Webber Each has their own projects-sure wish they would occasionally leave the East Coast and tour. Any other One for All fans out there....? Quote
