Shrdlu Posted March 11, 2010 Report Posted March 11, 2010 Well this series does fill a need. A large amount of the material isn't easily available anywhere else. I don't regard this label as a pirate label; there seems to be a desire simply to make rare music available so that people can actually hear it. If the owners of the originals don't like it (and it is 100% legal), then why don't they keep them in print? Dogs and mangers come to mind. This is a bit personal for me, having recently taken criticism for downloading a torrent of Cal Tjader's "The Prophet", which is utterly unavailable from Universal or eBay etc. If they reissue it, I will be glad to buy a copy. I just wanted to hear the set, which is very nice, by the way. Quote
