BeBop
I can't watch the video on my (work) computer, but I have vivid memories of trying to cross a major thoroughfare in Hanoi - probably ten lanes, though there weren't any lanes. At one point, I hired a tuk-tuk (Thai name for three wheel motorcyle - I can't recall Vietnamese name) to take me across the street. He went around the block to do it. Peter Johnson
You simply start walking, and don't, for the love of god, stop walking until you're on the other side. The bikers expect this, and will avoid you; if you hesitate, you're toast.
Big Wheel
You simply start walking, and don't, for the love of god, stop walking until you're on the other side. The bikers expect this, and will avoid you; if you hesitate, you're toast. That street looks exceptionally tame. Here's a video a relative of mine shot for a webshow he put on there: http://vimeo.com/1981364 Edited September 14, 2010 by Big Wheel
