alocispepraluger102 Posted November 15, 2010 Report Posted November 15, 2010 (edited) hasan razzag this afternoon was playing his newly acquired beautiful sounding bass clarinet. hasan said that it came from cleveland and is apparently custom made. copper is too soft, i would think, and would change sound during aging. the instrument has no markings. silly me. 2 hours later, i realize that the instrument tubing may be made of red brass, which looks a great deal like brass, and in fact, contains copper.
