Cleaning an LCD TV Screen of dust

With the owner's manual there was a cloth provided, but the instructions say it is for the exterior, not the screen.

Is there a safe way to clean and not scratch the screen? My owner's manual amazingly says nothing about this.

I assume the computer screens are the same and have the same issue?

Thanks and that's interesting because such a cloth was supplied with the unit, but as I said the manual said to use it on the cabinet, not the screen.

Staples and every other store that sells computers also sells various and sundry cloths for cleaning monitor screens. most of them are priced very reasonably.

Any particular one work well for you? I know these are sold, but not everything sold works.

We bought one years ago from Target I believe. Method is the brand. Shouldn't matter. Microfiber with no cleaning chemicals is key.
