jeanie n showbarto1940s Show!

Ok, we’re excited about a brand new (although obviously nostalgic) project we’ve been working on which is going to be debuted at The Pheasantry, King’s Road, Chelsea on the 22nd March!

Entitled “A Nightingale Sang”; it’s going to sound and look totally authentic – my band will feature a string section plus the fabulous Ed Benstead on trumpet and flugelhorn, also Joe Bickerstaff on piano, Jason Simpson on double bass and Sophie Alloway on drums. We will be playing hits by artists as diverse as Vera Lynn, Edmundo Ros, Duke Ellington and Dizzy Gillespie.

The venue is beautiful and dramatic with an almost art deco style, but it only seats 90 people so please make sure you book in advance on 0845 6027 017 tickets are a very reasonable £15. Show Time 8:30pm / Doors Open 7:00pm
