The July issue (#62) of the Dutch jazz research magazine "Names & Numbers" includes a very interesting article called "Leola Fenton - A forgotten stride pianist", researched and written by Howard Rye and Robert Ford:

Hans Koert's "Hit of the Week - Durium Project" blog includes two different posts on this obscure pianist and arranger, with references to her "St. Louis Blues" piano version, included in the 2cd set "Complete Hit of the Week Recordings" issued by Archeophone in 2011.
