I've only been there once, when I was in the L.A. area on business. I didn't have as much time as one needs to get through the whole place. I could only buy as much as I could fit into my carry-on bag, so I was limited in that regard. Would love to go back sometime. I recall that after I left Amoeba, I drove down to Pink's Hot Dogs, not far away, and had some hot dogs Hollywood-style. Quite good, and a cool place for people-watching.

I go there at least twice a month, it is fun to just browse around even if you don't buy anything.
