How can I translate an e-mail to English?

I'm using Windows Live Mail and wondered if anyone knows if it has an option to translate non-English e-mails as per Google Chrome etc. Right clicking the text doesn't give a "translate" option.

I've found a way. The e-mail has an option to view in my browser ie Google Chrome which then automtically converts it....cool!
