need to slow down playback speed of audio cd's on computer d-drive

i need to slow down the playback speed of some of my audio cd's when plaing them on my computer d-drive.

is this possible to do without having to first rip the cd's to the computer (i know that it's easy to do with WMP once the cd is ripped to the computer).

i need some kind of program that will tell the d-drive to slow the cd down by 5%, 10%, etc.

does such a program exist?
