Lionel Hampton playing drums in 1929 film

I thought I was really onto something here, as I didn't see him having credit for the 1929 film Delight Rogue, but I saw the drummer and thought...wow...that really looks like Lionel Hampton! He was in L.A. in 1929...could it be? If it was him, how come no one had caught this before? So....tried my best to take a pic of the tv with phone then digital camera. Neither was very clear and my DVD burner is down...so, was about to upload pic to see what you guys thought, but did a search just on his name and 1929 film and there was a youtube clip!

Sadly, you just see him for a few seconds, 3-4 times in this clip, but hey, better than nothing! And playing with an all white band(it appears)
