Drummer Steve Johns has an Indiegogo campaign going for his upcoming album, Family, which will have his son, bassist Daryl Johns, wife, saxophonist Debbie Keefe Johns, and guitarists Dave Stryker and Bob DeVos. Steve Johns is an underrated drummer and I recently saw him perform as part of the great Sonny Fortune's tight working group, which is also underrated. It should be a special album.
