  12. I would have agreed with you last year, but my online purchases have become decidedly more expensive following the drastic decline in the value of the pound against the dollar and euro some months ago. (Thankfully, thngs have picked up slightly recently.)

  14. Yes, following my earlier comment that at least 90% of my jazz CD purchasing is now online, I'd add that the non-online element is almost entirely accounted for by one used record store, the inaccurately named Vinyl Exchange in Manchester.

  18. I'd say my purchases of jazz CDs are up 80% since 2001. Nice to be swimming against the tide!

  23. "Charles McPherson's Post-Bird Bop" on Night Lights from WFIU Some tremendous music here which fills a gap in my jazz history knowledge, as I'd only heard McPherson with Mingus before.
