Does anyone have information re the different US ESP pressings of Spiritual Unity? My copy has black print & image on white, the Library of Congress card number at the bottom and black print on a white label- English & Esperanto. The dead wax has matrix numbers ESP1002A & ESP1002MB. There is also what looks like the Plastylite 'ear', two words I can't decipher and a lower case italic 'f'. Side A is deep groove, side B not. I'd be grateful for any information about an album I've just acquired on the Decca '60s budget label Ace of Clubs. Entitled West Side Story Blues by 'The Other Four' it's on the one hand a blatant attempt to cash in on the popularity of the Robert Wise film and on the other a very nice jazz quartet album of the songs- with piano, guitar, bass, drums. The pianist is Eddie Thompson-ish and the bass, which is quite up in the mix, is also interesting. No personnel listed and a Google search has come up with nothing. The no is ACL-R 1118.
