I remenber when i've listen for the first time and the year seems right...

I really need help on this one...(maybe i should go to a doctor or something ) .I have an old recording on a deck tape...this album is a masterpiece in my hummble opinion. I have asked all my friends and searched A LOT the internet for the interpret. If you know whom wrote this song please let me know. I have uploaded a sample http://rapidshare.com/files/165264530/unknown.mp3. First time I've listen to it was in 1990 maybe 1994 tops.So it is not something new. Thanks in advance.
