Just a different and more modern way of approaching to the design, development and implementation of IT projects, with partial and periodic mini-projects (installments) as "minimum deliverable projects", instead of only a large one ("waterfall project approach"). Now gettting back to a disc I revisit every time I am in the mood for it, which happens quite often:
