  1. on the cd,mccoy tyner-asante,blue note 93384, issued in 1998,has the following cuts originally issued on cosmos.

    1)forbidden land 13:46

    2)asian lullaby 8:30

    3)hope 14:11

    you would still be missing:

    1)vibration blues

    2)planet x

    3)song for my lady

    4)cosmos

    5)shaken but not forsaken

i think these cuts are only available,on cd,in the mosaic box.

Thanks. Maybe someday when the Select go OOP, they will release the individual album (Connoisseur or RVG).

  2. I used to be a Mosaic collector, but due to some financial proble, I sold out all of them. And now I prefer buying the individual albums than buying a whole collection. Especially Mosaic Select, I don't like the cover and package design. I think they are ugly. About McCoy Tyner Select, I really want to buy the individual albums, but as I know, Cosmos had never been on CD. Am I right? I hope I'm wrong...

  3. ... a good source for pictures is simply the google picture search - you get lots of winners also in different sizes ... i like it more than the automated programs you get for the ipod, like cdart, cdscout etc.

Thanks!! It really helped. Now I'm looking for Jack Teagarden Capital covers and Buck Clayton Jam Sessions Columbia covers. If someone can show me those covers, I'll be very grateful.

  4. Hi, I'm using IPOD right now and I like to search for original vinyl cover for the CD I have. Sometimes when I'm transferring my Mosaic to my IPOD, I can't find the cover for them. Is there any good website with lots of vinyl cover? Large ones will be better. Thanks!!

  5. I've noticed that Mosaic recently are reissuing Verve and Columbia stuff mostly. I have no problem with that, actually both of them have a great number of stuff that will take Mosaic 100 years to do the reissue.

    For Verve:

Complete Kenny Burrell Sessions (can add Argo sessions)

Complete Cal Tjader Sessions (someone mention it)

    Complete Jimmy Giuffre Sessions

    Complete Lee Konitz Sessions

Complete Kai Winding Sessions (there are not much if his CD we can find, especially on Verve)

Complete Buddy DeFranco Sessions (without Sonny Clark)

Complete Gerry Mulligan (Philips, Limelight, Mercury)

Complete Ahmad Jamal Sessions (on Argo)

    ....too many

    For Columbia:

I don't know too much about Columbia stuff, except those big names (Miles, Brubeck, Duke, Satch...)

But I know there are a great deal of individual recording by some familiar names, and seesions on Mainstream, Epic are also welcome to get the chance to come out.

  6. Hi, I do have another ID on eBay. Actually the reason I'm useing the other ID to sell stuff is that my original one have some technical problem of selling. I've tried many times, but it just won't work. So I registered a new ID for selling. And this is my first time to post something for selling. These CDs are guaranteed NEW. You have my words. This is my original ID - a12636614. I got perfect feedbacks from other sellers. Thanks for giving me advices.
