  1. So i just picked my M3 today and it sounds great. Everything works and cosmetically it looks good. So now I want the leslie. The guy says he'll give me the leslie for free. Apparantly hes got a lot of stuff and is looking for good homes for them. Anyway, my question is..how do you connect an M3 to a leslie 125? What do I have to do? What do I have to buy? Thanks for the replies. -Juan Z.
  2. Thanks for the reply. Ill let you know how things turn out.
  3. Found a guy to sell me a Leslie 125. I want to use it with the M3 im going to go check out next sunday. The pics of the M3 look good and the guy said all the manuals worked, all the drawbars worked and all the features like percussion and vibrato worked. He said it may need to be oiled and there was only one cosmetic flaw which is like a small chip on one of the corners. Other than that it looks great, lets hope it sounds as great. Hes gonna give it to me for $200. As for the leslie, is a 125 a good pair for an M3? Will it sound good, loud a.k.a sexy? Anyway neither me nor the guy knows how much it should go for, he says it been serviced and works well. Can anyone give me a price range for a leslie 125. Thanks in advance. -Juan Z.
  4. Hey so Ive been looking for an M3 and had a lot of replies and i finally got one near me. What kind of questions should I ask? and what should i check for when i go check it out? I recently started to become interested in Hammonds. Ive pretty much just been doin stuff with Rhodes. Ive been restoring a Rhodes Mark II stage 73 and i dig it. But now I want a Hammond. A B3 is way out of my monetary range and I always play with a bass player so i guess the shorter manuals wont bother me too much. I just want a B3 kind of sound, so i figure the M3 is right for me. Thanks in advance. -Juan Z.
