Just chipping in: as I recall, the Cecil Taylor set “2 Ts for a Lovely T” had an error on one disc initially but there was a replacement CDr offered and subsequently a correct CD was sent out. As the set was initially only available from Mole Jazz it was all achieved without too much drama! Perhaps that’s the one people are thinking about?
