Big Al Posted November 27, 2004 Report Posted November 27, 2004 I did a search and didn't find a thread on this hilariously quirky show! If one exists, someone point me in that direction and I'll delete this thread ASAP! I keep missing this show Sunday nights, so I rented the first disc of the DVD box at Blockbuster. Holy cow, I can't stop laughing! There is nothing, NOTHING, remotely likable about any of these people, which makes it all the more enjoyable! Don't know much about the show or its origins, but I'm sure the name of the patriarch--George Bluth--wasn't exactly an accident! Anyone else out there a fan? Anyone have any deeper insight than the slavish praise I'm heaping on it? Quote
Brandon Burke Posted November 28, 2004 Report Posted November 28, 2004 I watched the first two episodes when it started and didn't really get it but really began to dig it this season. So I guess I need to go back and watch the first season as well. Very funny and very strange program. Thank god we've got Jefferey Tambor back on TV. I've missed him sorely since Larry Sanders went off the air. An absolute comic genius... Quote
