Guest Chaney Posted November 29, 2004 Report Posted November 29, 2004 I just stumbled across this and was wondering if anyone else had heard about this project. (I can't seem to get the preview clips to work.) http://straightlife.org/ http://homepage.mac.com/nowsthetime/Personal5.html Quote
JSngry Posted November 29, 2004 Report Posted November 29, 2004 The amazing, divinely talented TRACY MIDDENDORF plays Laurie, here being seduced. Wow. Quote
DTMX Posted November 29, 2004 Report Posted November 29, 2004 I just got the book Straight Life. I opened to a page at random and read a few paragraphs - Art's in prison. I flip forward a hundred pages - Art's in prison. Reads like an epsisode of OZ with a saxophone. Quote

Adam Posted November 29, 2004 Report Posted November 29, 2004 Yes, I know Lisa Joffrey, who is playing Diane. I also saw a presentation of some footage at a Jazz festival in LA in May 2003, if memory serves. I actually think Laurie has some interesting ideas for this. But no way to see whether she has the skills to pull it off. Casting 7 art direction seem good. I really respect everything she's doing to try to do it. Quote
