Yeah, I've ordered from them a # of times. No problems. I actually have all of the upcoming Miles Davis reissues on pre-order from them, for about $7.25 or so each, with no shipping. I'm not sure if it is still applicable, but if you are using a Visa, type in SHOPVISA in the coupon code to get an extra 15% off. It worked for me when I placed my order in January. I've heard from others that SHOPMASTERCARD works with that type of card, too.
