Scrape Error: Hash Missing?

I am uploading a bunch of torrents using Azureus and a bunch of them have the message "Scrape Error: Hash Missing". What does this mean? Are the FLAC files corrupted?

on the front page it explains sort of i think this problem

i was having problems and the discovered it was only torrents from before a certain date which didn't work. so i missed out on one or two torrents but things are fine since.

i think this is more of a mac problem since mac users like me have less options as far as torrent programs.
