Saint Vitus Posted September 28, 2005 Report Posted September 28, 2005 I sent an email to Tower Records asking why they collected sales tax in Michigan when they no longer had a store. The response was they had one in Birmingham, which I thought was closed a few years ago. Now I'm not so sure. Is it still in business? If not, can Tower keep collecting sales tax? Quote
