My wife has accumulated a great many 45s in her past, and she has asked that I try and find a home for them. I have considered listing them on Ebay, but I don't know that this would be the most effective/efficient way to go.

Does anyone know of a bettet route? If any list members are interested, I can provide a detailed list of everything she has. She was always careful to retain the original sleeves too by the way, and for the most part, all the discs are not abused.

These are not jazz 45s; they are more pop and classic rock recordings from the 60s and 70s.

Thanks

I would think there is no possible better way to get rid of them than on ebay, unless you are unconcerned by what you get for them and have a local dealer that will give you about a nickel per 45.

Seriously, if you aren't concerned about getting a lot for them, why not just throw up the whole list as a single lot and set a reasonable opening bid on it? If there are 'good' items in there, I'll bet there are collectors who'll bid on a huge lot just to get a handful of discs.
