I liked the first story, with William Hurt as a hired killer, fighting off toy soldiers come to life.

And William H. Macy was fine as the writer of hardboiled detective stories (when is he ever less than fine?).

The rest I could take or leave but John Boy being autopsied while still alive ... :rofl::tup
