Looking for Waltz for Debby K2 (or just the slipcover)

I'm looking to buy the Bill Evans Waltz for Debby K2 CD, or just the slipcover. I already have a perfect copy of the CD; I bought it from an eBay seller who didn't mention that it was missing the cardboard slipcase that comes with the K2 editions. Call me crazy, but I'm an obsessive-complusive collector type and I gotta have that slipcover. Maybe it's silly, but so be it. I'm willing to buy the CD with slipcover, or just the slipcover. Let me know the condition and name a price and we'll talk. I can pay via PayPal or almost any other method you might prefer. I also have a couple of brand-new, factory-sealed K2s I'm willing to trade for it, namely Modern Jazz Quartet's Concorde and Art Blakey & the Jazz Messengers' Caravan.

I'm also seeking the K2s of Thelonious Monk & Sonny Rollins and The Quintet's Jazz at Massey Hall. I'll buy or trade.
