I just won some Beyer Dynamic DT880 over on another message board (head-fi)

Some guy had reached his limit and started giving away much of his lower end gear. Well, lucky for me his low end is my world class high end.

I should get these deleviered within the week. I cant wait.

I'm currently looking for an amp but I'm not sure what will be highly compatible with the Beyers. Again, a trip to Head-Fi will give you lots of info!

Unfortunately all the amps I have my eye on at the moment are quite expensive; I'll be waiting a while but a nice tube thing should come my way eventually.

Well, the guy who gave me the headphones found out I needed an amp, so he threw in a $200 Total Bithead amp from Headroom.

Not sure what I did right, but Im sure happy with life right now. Anyone want to send me some free Mosaics?

That looks a nice amp ! I've been searching the web to see how well it should mate with my headphones.

My wife may approve of the walnut on that too!

I would be surprised if it is not compatible Tony. You could also always call Steve Deckert, the builder, he likes to talk and he KNOWS.

I absolutely love their products. I'll keep buying them as long as funds allow and needs arise.

Well, I've ended up ordering this without the headphone output in a different chassis (the original black Decware chassis) to use as a preamp.

Ears I trust tell me that I should prepare for amazing sound.

I'm a few weeks away from delivery.
