The mounting screw heads were stripped so I had to use pliers to unscrew them from the guitar. I finally sent it all back yesterday. I also asked for a set of strings for my troubles...whatta bother. I spent my Friday evening going to pick it up and sitting in traffic. Did they send me a new set of strings for my trouble with this broken tail piece and the time I wasted getting it on and off the guitar? No. Fuck them and their screwball customer service. Quote
