LONNIE JOHNSON's Uncle Ned Don't Use Your Head

lonnie_johnson_small.jpg

This tune with its strange title was recorded 75 years ago, in New York on the 3rd of December 1931.

It was recorded by one of my favorite blues guitar players, Lonnie Johnson, who became famous with his duets with Eddie Lang (as Blind Willie Dunn) recorded during the late 1920s.

As I don't know the deeper meaning of this tune ( and I'm a young guy who wants to learn all kind of new things) maybe someone can explain me why fish without bread makes sick.

Keep swinging
