Kyo Posted December 24, 2006 Report Posted December 24, 2006 The Bill Evans discography over at jazzdisco.org lists these titles from the concert: Bill Evans Trio Bill Evans (p) Eddie Gomez (b) Eliot Zigmund (d) Paris, France, November 5, 1976 T.T.T. Fantasy (J) VDJ 25035 Sugar Plum Fantasy 9FCD 1012-2, (J) VDJ 25035 Turn Out the Stars - Someday My Prince Will Come - All Mine (aka Minha) - All of You - Time Remembered - 34 Skidoo - Quiet Now Fantasy (J) VDJ 25035 T.T.T.T. Fantasy 9FCD 1012-2, (J) VDJ 25035 Waltz for Debby Fantasy 9FCD 1012-2 * Bill Evans - The Paris Concert (Fantasy (J) VDJ 25035) * Bill Evans - The Complete Fantasy Recordings (Fantasy 9FCD 1012-2) I don't have the box set (got most of the sessions on individual discs and the rest from eMusic). Can someone tell me why T.T.T. and Quiet Now haven't been included in the "Complete Fantasy Recordings" set? Are they available on CD in some way? Quote
brownie Posted December 24, 2006 Report Posted December 24, 2006 I have that VDJ-25035 'The Paris Concert Bill Evans'. There's only one version of 'T.T.T.T.'. There's no 'Quiet Now'. But there's one version of 'Waltz for Debby'! Quote
Kyo Posted December 25, 2006 Author Report Posted December 25, 2006 (edited) I have that VDJ-25035 'The Paris Concert Bill Evans'. There's only one version of 'T.T.T.T.'. There's no 'Quiet Now'. But there's one version of 'Waltz for Debby'! Seems like the online discography info is simply wrong, that would explain why those tracks aren't part of the box set. Anyway, thanks for the information! Edited December 25, 2006 by Kyo Quote
