Man with the Golden Arm Posted June 4, 2007 Report Posted June 4, 2007 (edited) just got back from looking at an evidently endangered "sei" whale that washed ashore in our town. twas this so called sei whale as it had a large dorsal hook fin. got caught up in some serious accident and beached during our weekend monsoon. thing was about 45 feet and stinky as a minky - i went at lowest tide. supposedly these babies are the fastest of the whales and spend most of their lives in deep waters. pretty amazing tho to walk around a giant beast like this. i'll post up some pix manana. tharsheblows Edited June 4, 2007 by Man with the Golden Arm Quote
