Teasing the Korean Posted March 8, 2009 Author Report Posted March 8, 2009 Now I'm listening to this. Most of Hank's "soundtrack" albums from the 60s were re-recordings, and focused on the pop/lounge/jazz aspects of the scores rather than the dramatic music. Sadly, as a result, Hank picked up a reputation as more a of tunesmith than anything else. "Wait Until Dark" features the actual soundtrack recordings, and has it all - the dark moody stuff, jazz, bossa nova, everything you would hear in an insanely groovy/disturbing soundtrack of the era. What a guy. Quote
