Compared to other cities in Orange County, it is relatively undeveloped and (at least in comparison to other beach cities) affordable. It is also only a stone's throw away from San Diego. Moreover, it could serve as a base for any day trips to Los Angeles - San Diego is awfully isolated. Hmmm.... I'll look into it. Thanks! Quote
