Not as bad as you might think; John Litweiler is among those quoted (though it may be directly from the bio--not sure if Spencer actually interviewed him or not). Doesn't appear to be available online, however. Quote

Library is indeed a good option; I haven't bought a copy of RS in God knows how many years. This one showed up in the mail today as a subscription-teaser.
