The first concert featuring jazz vocalist Shahida Nurullah and Friends, will be held on Saturday, December 22 at 8pm. Each month, from December through May, internationally-recognized, legendary, Detroit-based musicians will perform to help preserve, protect and improve the Palmer Woods neighborhood and support the arts in Detroit.

Joe,

I thought I pretty much covered that here.

I didn't see an about me section or I would have done that. Plus, we are not being paid to promote those gigs and we don't have any monetary interest in them. We are doing it for the love of this music. We do have an Organissimo "gig" in mind. Besides sharing our support of your group with Mike Ricci of All About Jazz, we have been talking to Jim about getting you in the studio to do a show.

Oh yeah, that, and give organissimo a gig! :rsmile:
