since laz at blue lake forgot to come to work tonight, i am enjoying a replay of bill barton's sunday night/monday morning bright moments 2 hour program.

the music is classic wonderful with a nod to the left coast and the avant, but the hours are impossible. bright always opens with a very special rahsaan offering. he never mentions why.

catch bill if you can. you WILL enjoy.

the hours are 3 to 5am eastern, monday morning. the show preceding it, flotation device, is essential to all of us 'weird' types.

EDIT: Switched over to Blue Lake and dropped in on some big band version of Love Supreme, it sounds like.
